I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.

I was lured in by their (wildly cheap) closeout sale. Immediately when the items came, I knew I messed up. They all came sealed in their own plastic bags (think Shein). I got a couple of jumpsuits that were allegedly all mediums but...when I tried them on they were such a strange fit. It's as though the pant portion was a size small and the top was a size large. I'm a full C right now and I didn't come close to filling out the bust while from the waist down it was pretty tight. I got a few dressed that wouldn't fit over my hips or over my shoulders. I don't know what Need Supply thinks a medium is, but this certainly ain't it. I can't believe that they were selling almost all of these items for over $100. The only thing I can wear is a faux fur coat that I (thank goodness) got in a size large. Since they aren't accepting any returns, I'll likely be selling almost all of the items I received. Thank GOD they're going out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. Let them sit on their inventory and think about what they did.

The website had two different sizes charts for one of their dresses. I ordered the wrong size because of this confusion. When I reached out to customer service, they were deliberately not helpful and rude. This company does not look out for its customers and does not help solve problems.

The company misrepresented the sizing of a $120 pair of shoes on their web site. When the shoes arrived and were marked differently and consequently did not fit, they refused to accept a return.

Not sure why reviews are so low here. I ordered $180 adidas sneakers for $65 on needsupply and order was processed and shipped same day. Arrived at my house in 2 days. Perfect smooth transaction would 100% order again 🙏.

Really disappointed Need Supply decided, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic to stop including a return shipping with their online orders.

In a time when people need to self isolate to protect lives and the integrity of our healthcare system, they have audacity of expecting customers who simply supporting their business to line up at the post office to get return labels to save a few bucks?! Profits>the lives of those supporting your business. Really poor form Need Supply. 👎👎👎

Please stay away from this company, please. I purchased a pair of chuck Taylors from them, which was half a size big. The person who I purchased it for did not even try it because he was abroad, just asked me on the phone to change it for a smaller size, which I did. I sent the shoes in its original box, in untouched pristine condition, and waited for my refund. Instead, this company sent the shoes back to me stating that they could not honor the return, because it is not in original box and not in unused condition. This is pure lie and dishonesty. I wish I could post the pictures of the shoes in its original box, even the original tie of the laces are not touched. They will tell every lie to you not to honor the return of their own merchandise, even if you have already purchased the correct size from them. They should not be in this business at all. I wish there were an option for 0 stars or negative stars.

I wanted to write a review for Need Supply Co because before ordering from them I read these reviews, and they made me a little concerned. I ordered some specialty Converse from them despite the reviews. The order shipped and arrived within a week. The Item that I ordered was in excellent condition. Everything was as expected.
